The PASET Regional Scholarship and Innovation Fund (RSIF), opens application for fully funded study opportunity that Carters for tuition, research, travel, accommodation, as well as meals.




This awesome opportunity is funded by African Government, the World Bank and the Government of Korea.
It is managed by the international Center of Insect physiology and Ecology ( ICIPE) in Nairobi, Kenya.


Benefits:
As a beneficiary you stand the chance to benefit the following;

* University tuition fee and research costs
* Monthly allowance to cover living expenses
* Annual medical and personal accident insurance
* Return travel from RSIF AHU to the international partner Institute.


Eligibility:
To be among the beneficiary of the Regional Scholarship and Innovation Fund 2024, you must;


* Be willing to work on a research topic that contributions to regional development in Africa

* Be willing to spend 6 - 12 months in a 'Sandwich' training at an international partner University

* Be 35 years of age and below

* Be a citizen of any Country in sub - sahara Africa

* Be willing to enroll full - time in a PhD program at an RSIF AHU in the 2024 - 2025 academic year

* Meet the admission requirements

* Have a relevant Masters degree related to the RSIF fields of study


* Not be holding another PhD Scholarship when applying


Duration:
The PhD Scholarship is expected to last 3- 4 years.

A horrifying incident unfolded at Nwanwu Junction, Igbeagu, along the Enugu–Abakaliki–Ogoja highway in Ebonyi State when a concrete mixer truck lost control and rammed into a local drinking joint and nearby food vendor stalls.
