For Africans to participate more and benefit for this wonderful evolution in the tech world, Google in collaboration with NCAIR launched AI Fund, which is aimed at inspiring and nurturing generation of artificial intelligence powered startups in Africa.

In terms of eligibility, there are some considerations such as:



* Founders
* Company
* Tech



* Founders:
At least one Nigeria founder, relevant experience and a strong team geared towards success.



Company:
The company must have headquarter in Nigeria with demonstrated market fit and significant growth potential.
Building solutions for the Nigeria Market and the global market as well.




Tech.
A strong artificial intelligence company with a live product in the market space and is compatible with Google products.




This great approach by NCAIR/Google in Nigeria will certainly go a long way in helping and equipping the young and vibrant talents in Nigeria and the world at large in harnessing the undeniable powerful and enormous opportunities which AI presents.

A horrifying incident unfolded at Nwanwu Junction, Igbeagu, along the Enugu–Abakaliki–Ogoja highway in Ebonyi State when a concrete mixer truck lost control and rammed into a local drinking joint and nearby food vendor stalls.
